Sexist Schooling
Sooo.. this was a question on my business class test. Normally, I wouldn't care... but this is -INCREDIBLY- sexist! O_o; (also they spelled Diffuse wrong >_>)

Assuming that Gina was someone who is overemotional and incompetent. Who knows though! Maybe Gina is really hardcore.. Maybe Bill is the emotional guy. Maybe Gina freely expresses her anger, but she doesnt have a lot to express, thus, wouldn't be seen overemotional.
But there's NO info in this question at all, cept "one is girl, one is boy".
That makes it a baaaaaaaaaaad question, IMO.
I think it would be better if it said something like.
Gina and Bill are managers for two separate projects; both freely express their anger at work. Gina has a rough time dealing with incompetent teenagers and frequently yells at them to stop slacking. Bill is more of a prankster himself and often uses more tact in dealing with slacking teenagers. Compared to Bill, Gina would be more like:
