Arren C.: I am going to need the model and serial number of your console. Please turn your PS3 around and look for the white barcode label located on the back of your unit. Please give me all of the numbers located on that label beginning with a letter.

Cait: Its green after i turn it on, and turns red when its off
Arren C.: Do you see and hear the system start up? Does the unit reach the XrossMediaBar™ (XMB™), and are you able to navigate around the XMB (main menu)?
Cait: Yeah, as i said before, it works fine.. mass effect 3, the GUI, and blu rays work fine

Arren C.: That is fine. Please turn the system off, and let me know when you have turned the PS3 system off.

Cait: Okay..
Arren C.: With the PS3 off (power light should be red), touch and hold the Power button, you will then hear the 1st beep indicating that the PS3 is powering on.

Continue to hold and after approximately 5 seconds you will hear a 2nd beep, indicating video reset. Continue to hold and after about 5 more seconds you will hear 3rd beep, and system will power off (Power light goes red). Then release power button.
Arren C.: Let me know when you have held the power button for the 3 beeps and when it is back to the solid red light.

Arren C.: Thank you, Cait. Please let me know when you are ready for the next step.

Arren C.: Thank you, Cait. Next, please touch and hold the Power button, you will hear the 1st beep, again for PS3 power on.

Continue to hold and after approximately 5 seconds you will hear the 2nd beep for video reset. Continue to hold and after 5 seconds you will hear a quick double beep. At that point release power button.

Arren C.: You should see a message telling you to connect the controller with the USB cable. After doing this, there should be six option on your screen. Do you see six options now?

Arren C.: I see, ufortunately, if this did not resolve the issue, the only other option that we have before offering service is to restore the entire PS3 system. Please be aware that this will delete all of your data on your console.

When in reality, the druggie is rich from sellin the drugs, then also gets food stamps and a free house and all that, lol.
