Is anyone REALLY good with technical writing that can help me out on a few assignments?

Apparently I'm really retarded and cant grasp the concept. Ive asked my teacher for help, but all he says is "You can figure out what to do, cant you?" and "Do you even have the book?" and "Does this not resonate with you?"

So, apparently The interwebz is giving everyone 30mbps connections instead of 5mbps... a grand total of 4.2mb/s download speeds. Has anyone else heard about this?
