Subway complaints..

This is what i submitted to subway's feedback.. as our experience at subway was.. less than 'up to par' and for these other people, prolly pissed em off.



I have complaints. We went to Subway today and the service was horrible. The two people in front of us were mexicans. They ordered 2 pizzas.. The pizzas came out burnt. They asked for 2 additional pizzas.. she said she couldnt do that until OUR family's orders were done.. They paid for the burnt pizzas and went home.

With our order, she wasn't paying much attention.. She was complaining about the mexicans.. and some older folk who came in earlier and wouldnt take thier food because there was no coupon button.

With ours, she didn't ask if we wanted our subs toasted. She also didn't let my brother finish his order. After jalipinos, she cut it on half and assumed it was done.

With my sub, I asked for A tuna sub with american cheese and mayonaisse. She slopped the tuna around and made a huge mess. Then she gave me lite mayonaise (which in my opinion is gross)

On my dads subs they were all right that i know of.

However, with all of our subs, she put them in upsidedown... and they normally aren't.

Perhaps you should invesigate in this... Maybe there's some racism going on.. and if nothing else, figure out why the toaster is burning things..
