When did the universe go from "Let's make everything better and add more features!"

to "Let's make everything glitchy, reduce functionality, and increase clutter and take features away!"
Seems like not only computers, but a lot of things..

Plus it's hilarious that they went from "LOL LETS MAKE THINGS ROUND AND PRETTY", and went back to a blue square-like version of Windows 95. (Which I've been using the entire time)
The only thing it's missing is the ridged effect for the outside of windows. It looks more like post it notes rather than windows with depth.
8 second start up time means nothing when none of your programs will run, you have no sound, and limited display resolution xD
