IF youve ever wondered..

If you walk at the same pace i do, you burn 9-10 calories on average.. every 1 1/2 minutes of walking.

Brisk walking, you burn ~16 calories every 1 1/2 minutes.


which means.. walking regularly for an hour, you loose 400 calories.


do this every day and in a week that's 2800 calories.

3500 calories is a pound..

so say 2 days out of the week you walk 2 hours insted of 1.

By the end of the week youd have lost 3600 calories.. or just over 1 pound..



If you did this all year, youd loose ~57lbs...
