I potentially lost the birthday and password for this account... Sorry.
But you know, back in the day when Neopets was young, if you were under a certain age, you couldnt do things... so obviously I lied about my age.
Either way, I'm 19 now and I have no idea what I put as the birthday... so I kind of need to know what the birthday is.
Also, I'm pretty sure I know the password, but I have a LOT of passwords, and the email-me-password thing wont email me the password.
It could be because i also have a lot of email accounts, but I dont know which one it is under.
So if nothing else, you tell me the email address and I can try again...
That'd be great.

There is a big difference between the two. Can you just reset the birthday or tell me what it is?

You could still log in to your account if you had your information. However, because your account has been inactive for so long, I cannot safely give out any information about it to anyone for security reasons. Lol, what security reason is there for giving out some fake birthday i entered because if youre under 13, a lot of things are disabled?
The last time i had this problem (on another account) a different neopets employee just gave me the birthday without the hassel.
in my book, i have written down the birthday is within a year or 2 of 1961..
maybe thats enough proof? :/
Well, last time the account probably hadn't been inactive for as long. I'm sorry you lied about your birthday to skirt an international law to protect children, but there's nothing I can do about it now.
