I posted this on another place, so i figured id put it here too.

Cait's Crazy Cereal Bars...

-Get a plate, put down some peanut butter on the plate in the shape of a square/rectangle

-Put Cereal (I use PB captain crunch usually) on the peanutbutter so it sticks down and they are all close toghether..

-(optional) melt some chocolate and drizzel it over the Cereal.

-Put it in the microwave with a marshmallow on top for a few seconds (so the marshmellow gets puffy)

-Have a bowl of water sitting around, or get your hand/flattening device wet..

-As soon as the marshmallow is puffy, Squish it down with your wet hand(So it doesnt stick) or flattening device.

-Put in the freezer to harden...

[ They're really messy and kinda.. not.. too quick to make.. but theyre really good XP ]

Cait's Ghetto (Chicken/Beef) Noodles (Soup)

-Get some noodles, boil them in water with a bunch of chicken bouillon cubes/powder (or chicken broth) (If youre doing beef + noodles use beef broth insted)

-Cut chickens into chunks or.. you dont have to have chicken at all (or beef) and throw em in there

-Put in with the chunks of meat.

-Also put in Garlic salt and onion powder.. other seasonings to taste if youd like.

-Cook till noodles are done :3 + eat.

-Also if you want it spicy, put some crushed red peppers on it!

Cait's other food tips that you may or may not have known, but still probably dont care about:

Personally I'm a really picky eater.. I have issues (mental!?) with foods with certain textures.. So here's some things ive discovered over the years that are good for picky eaters (like me)

-If you only like cheese / pepperoni pizza, to spice it up, put crushed red peppers on it (in a shaker). It makes it spicy and yum yum.

-Mashed/Baked Potatoes are really good with Garlic salt + sour cream. (I used to hate baked potatos before i discovered this!)

-mashed potatos + sour cream + steak = good too. (all in 1 bite) [i eat my steak really raw though.. so.. it might be different]

-Chicken Wing Sauce (Clovervalley brand is my fav) goes good on a LOT of stuff.. including: Tuna helper cheesey pasta, Macaroni + Cheese, Alfredo, Chicken Ramen, etc. It makes it spicy.

-If you make ramen different, it can taste different too. If you make it really juicy, then add crackers, it tastes more.. smoothish. If you Make it dryer, it cools off faster, and tastes more noodley.

-If you dont like cream of mushroom soup in tuna casserole.. or the spagetti sauce on spagetti/ravioli, try blending it in a blender before you cook it. It gets all the nasty tomato/mushroom texture out (for me the picky eater) and it DOES make it taste slightly different.

-Make Breakfast scrambley.. I sometimes take hashbrowns and eggs.. mush em all up in a pan and fry it.. It tastes a bit different XP. you can also mush up the hashbrowns and stuff em in an egg-omellete type thing too.

-Ice cream with a twist... You can take chocolate milk mix.. (or Milo if you have it. Milo is a crunchy-esque chocolate milk mix) and sprinkle over top of vanilla ice cream :3

-Ketchup mixed with Mayo, Miracle Whip, or Salad dressing makes a good dip for spicy chicken strips XP

-Chocolate Pudding + Graham cracker Pie shell = Pie............ Pi = 3.14159265358979323846, on the other hand :P

-Graham Crackers + Chocolate frosting = yum

-There's this seasoning stuff that goes good on burgers + steak.. called "Season All"...

~the end~ XP
