Remember how like a fraction of the population got their prizes, while a 15page discussion says MOST of us didnt get our stupid prizes?

 

Yeah, I was going to quit Trickster last July, after i got 3rd, but this event made me stay.

Now over a year later, the push the issue out of the door, and say oh well, it was too long ago, something prolly got messed up, oh well. (response will be below)

 

Seems like a lot of fuss over some crappy lv50 equips, right? well its the principle of the matter, you see.

"Free offers" apparently count as recharging..

Yeah, nice of you to tell us. Recharge on accounts with zero mileage, and then cuz of a 50 pt free offer, we dont get bonus pts cuz of that?

Really, ive been scammed out of 25k pts, seeing as how I've bought 50$ of ntreev cards under the assumption I would recieve 75k from them.

Then i spent them all, with the 50% back on dec 4th, under the assumption that i would get 100k pts for my 50k pts spent.

of course, this isnt the case now, and i really wouldnt be surprised if we didnt recieve the 50% back either.

 

But I'm pretty upset over this, and this is really the first instance where I've been frustrated with ntreev's service. So many others have said themselves "Cait youre an ntreev lover, you just dont see how much they suck" or whatever. So what? ive never really had too much of a reason to hate them. I still dont hate them, but, just frustrated at this potentially 50$ loss. Which is a ton of money for an individual.

 

Really, i'm not gunna drop this, especially the 100hr event so quickly.

Regarding your bonus points for the recharge.

We have investigated your account regarding this issue and we noticed that you did follow the steps on how to recharge your account to get the bonus points. The reason why you did not get the bonus points even though you followed all of the steps is because on 9/15/09 the account thecait had a Free points offer recharge and on 9/17/09 thecait2 also had a recharge from the Free points offer program. Unfortunately, because of those recharges when you recharged your account with your prepaid cards the bonus no longer applied. 

Regarding the second event you brought to our attention I was informed that all of the prizes for that event have been distributed and at this time they are no longer being distributed. Everyone who met the event requirements received their prizes for that event. Going forward when we have events like this one; prizes will be distribute as soon as you meet the log time instead of doing it during a server maintenance.
