-Sit down. Alone.
-For me a Preferably a darkly lit room.
-Make sure your food is fully cooked, not partially cold or smoking hot.
-Have no distractions. No TV. No computer. No laptop. No cell phone. Heck no washing machine or refridgerator humming if you can help it.
-Eat. Dont rush. Eat slowly. Taste the food. Feel the texture of it on your tongue, against the roof of your mouth
Your food will taste better, and you will feel fulller afterwards.
