had another panic attack last night.. after a new antidepressent -__-. I think they are just not for me.

This time i tried to calm down as best i could,and have daniel distract me the best he could...

He was so worried about me, and he had to be up at 7 this morning for work, and we didn't get to bed till 4 <=/.

In other news... last night he was hilarious... we go to throw our plates away etc.. and he dances with me and hes humming spider man theme song, LOL
